  Wide open spaces, great for bbq or birthday parties but the play area equipment gets hot on a sunny day and then there isn't a whole lot else to play on. The railroad and carasol are awesome and prices are reasonable. The bike or walking paths to Vasona make for a quaint day.

  I have very fond memories of this park from my childhood. I went back with my son and we had a great time. Lovely play structures, large open field, and there is a train and carousel.
