  Be careful if you plan to do any orthodontics work at this office. Don't plan to get the refund that you think you'd get nor don't plan on getting it any time soon. The office manager is either changing, or "taking vacations", and does not respond at all. Make you wonder what kind of business practice this office has been doing?
  
  Also don't plan on any possibility of stopping orthodontics in the middle of treatment for any reason because they won't care about how insurance was filed for your case, and they won't care about that result, any failure in getting insurance claims is your responsibility.
  
  So if you happened to have to stop the treatment for any reason, good luck! Most likely (a) you'd wait for a long processing time with no response at all, (b) you'd get the minimum refund that the office thinks you deserve after they take all the profit they'd have to get before thinking about any "service" for you. Insurance claims failed? That's just your luck! You may not even get a clear listing of the billing statements and reasons because you deserve it since you are the one who stopped the service in the middle of it.

  I get my orthodontic treatment here in Los Gatos Dental Specialists. Dr. Yoon and the staff is great. They always get me in on time. My treatment is going smoother and faster than expected. I also got my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Lyu he is a great oral surgeon! My post op was easy with very minimal pain and swelling.
