  The owners are very repsonsive when asked for help. Once I had a machine "eat" six dollars...I filled out the maintenance tag and was surprised to find that the owners returned the money I lost (via the mail). Tonight a machine's door would not open and my clothes were held hostage - I left a voicemail and somebody called me right away and then someone showed up to free my clothes! And they left me drier money for the inconvenience! So, four stars for customer service. The place isn't very clean, but that is more a symptom of the disrespectful customers (if customers treated this place like it is their own, it wouldn't be so bad) - it is a convenient location with convenient hours and solid customer service. I have been coming here every week for 16 years.... I wouldn't go anywhere else.
